Pinnacle Advisory Group
is a boutique hospitality consulting firm founded in
Boston in 1991. The company has provided asset management
services to numerous luxury boutique hotels and resorts
over the years including the Black Point Inn in Scarborough,
Maine, the Inn at Harvard in Cambridge, Massachusetts
and the Goodwin Hotel in Hartford, Connecticut. The
lead advisor on this project is Matt Arrants, who joined
Pinnacle from Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and prior
to that was involved in the opening of the Lodge at
Koele and the Manele Bay Hotel on the island of Lanai
for RockResorts. Mr. Arrants also served at the Assistant
General Manager of the Weekapaug Inn and has a Masters
of Professional Studies from the Cornell University
School of Hotel Administration.

Centerbrook is an architecture
and planning firm that was established in 1975. Located
in a renovated factory on the Falls River in the Village
of Centerbrook , Connecticut , the firm has five partners,
one principal, and an overall staff of 90. The firm
designs architecture that is unique and uplifting, that
fulfills program and budget, that enriches surrounding
context, and that provides commodity and delight for
inhabitants. Centerbrook buildings reflect exploration

The Peregrine Group
LLC is a real estate development and advisory services
firm founded in 1999 based in Rumford , RI serving
as Development Manager for acquisition, permitting,
financial management, design and construction. Peregrine
was founded by three partners, Jordan M. Stone , David
A. Sluter and Colin P. Kane based upon the notion
that integrity, hard work, sophistication and shared
values can combine to create special places for working
and living in Rhode Island . Peregrine develops property
for its own account, and also provides advisory services
to businesses and property owners seeking to achieve
specific facility, investment and operating objectives.

Bluff Avenue LLC, led by Mr. Charles M. Royce, Nicholas
Moore, Donna Simmons and Grant Simmons, is the owner
of the Ocean House project. Bluff Avenue was formed
to preserve the Ocean House site as a Hotel, community
asset and significant cornerstone of the Watch Hill
and Westerly neighborhood for generations to come.
