- The Residential Studios offer nearly 900 square feet of living space with a master bathroom with separate shower and tub, and a powder room for guests.
- The One Bedroom Residential Suites are approximately 1,200 square feet and have 180 degree views of the ocean.
- The Two Bedroom Residential Suites range from 1,850-2,400 square feet and have 500 square feet of outdoor terrace space.
