Construction Update: Certificate of Occupancy Party!
On Friday, April 23rd the Ocean House team officially received their Certificate of Occupancy and took over the building from the team at Dimeo. To celebrate, the two teams enjoyed the first drinks and hors d'oeuvres of many this summer on the Verandah!
