Construction Update:Grand Staircase, Gallery Foyer, Seaside Ballroom
The grand staircase is one of the many areas of the hotel for me that recalls the grandeur of the Ocean House when it was originally built, especially since it flows down into the Gallery Foyer, which will house the rotating art collection, and then into the Seaside Ballroom and Drawing Room. The light fixtures in these spaces are some of my favorites, ranging from the oversized sconces on Grand Staircase to the custom-made chandeliers in the ballroom with our logo intertwined! The Gallery Foyer also features a fireplace from the original hotel - that will turn into a bar!
