Opening Day Ceremony
On May 7th, the construction team from Dimeo officially handed over the key to the building to Mr. Royce and the management team! Our employees "took the hill" and were welcomed to the property by Mark Banfield of Dimeo, Daniel Hostettler, the President & Managing Director of the Ocean House, and Charles M. Royce, the owner of the Ocean House. The building was then blessed, and most of the staff had tears in their eyes as they were officially welcomed to the Ocean House by the Executive Committee and Ownership team. It was a monumental day in the history of the Ocean House, and we will be posting more photos that Jeremiah Adametz, a talented photographer on the Dimeo team, took at the event as well as other upcoming opening events!
