For Younger Guests

A family getaway to the Ocean House is a time to strengthen ties and create memories with your loved ones to be carried for years to come. A trip to the Ocean House will provide your entire clan with entertaining activities to make your vacation unforgettable. At the Ocean House, younger guests will not only enjoy our stunning seaside property, with its own private white sand beach to play in, but will also find plenty of local activities to suit their interests. Our Guest Relations Manager will be your personal vacation planners’; attending to your family’s needs and organizing recreational activities to share in. Younger guests will also receive “special treatment” from dining from an exclusive children’s menu to comfortable sleeping accommodation and nightly gifts.

Children's Amenities

Upon making a reservation with us at the Ocean House, please provide us with the name and ages of your children, and specify any special needs, and we will prepare for their arrival with:

• A welcome amenity for our younger guest
• Child- size bathrobes
• Complimentary baby and children’s toiletries
• Childrens menu in our restaurants

Upon request, and subject to availability:

• Cribs and/or in room sofa bed, at no extra charge
• Pack and plays of the beach
• Infant needs including complimentary use of strollers, bottles, and toys

Children's Summer Program: SandCastles

During the summer, we offer a beach-side escape for children to foster friendships, make memories, and have fun while at the Ocean House. SandCastles, the Ocean House's children summer program, invites children ages 5-10 to participate in afternoon and evening programs led by professional counselors from the YMCA, our partners in this endeavor. Each day is inspired by a unique theme; a new adventure to conquer and experience. Sandcastles combines artistic and intellectual enrichment with physical and outdoor activities. Afternoon programs may feature scavenger hunts, hikes and walks, croquet, teambuilding, crafts, and culinary education, while weekend evening programs have children relaxing with dinner and a movie.  Reservations are required 7 days in advance, and those made with less notice are based on availability. Babysitting Services

At the Ocean House, we offer responsible and dependable babysitting services to look after young children, while you take time for yourself. Please note that there is an hourly fee for this service. Please contact your Guest Relations Manager for more information.
