Restaurant Manager
On the floor management of Seasons, Club Room and Verandah. Both Breakfast/Lunch and Dinner shifts as Relief Manager.
Wine Director/Beverage Manager
Assist guests in wine selection, provide all wine training and develop, promote and conduct educational programs and wine themed hotel packages.
Overnight Steward
Must be reliable and dependable
Fine Dining Servers
Evening Shifts in Seasons Restaurant
AM Servers
Breakfast and lunch shifts in Seasons Restaurant
Cocktail Host
Serve cocktails and light menu on our in our Living Room and on our Verandah
On Call Banquet Servers
