THE OCEAN HOUSE ANNOUNCES NEW MANAGEMENT GROUP
WATCH HILL, R.I., March 18, 2010 – Today, the Ocean House, a luxury seaside resort in Watch Hill, R.I., announces the formation of Ocean House Management, LLC. The entity, which has been formed to manage the resort, named Daniel Hostettler President and Managing Director. Hostettler previously served as Executive Vice President and Managing Director of Bluff Avenue, LLC, the former management entity developed to oversee the property during construction. Jonathan Norton, Vice President of Finance for the hotel, has been named Vice President of Ocean House Management, LLC.

The Ocean House, a luxury Victorian-era seaside resort, is scheduled to re-open its doors in June 2010 after a $140 million restoration. The property will feature 49 guestrooms and 23 private residences, “farm-to-table” cuisine, the 12,000-square-foot OH! Spa and more than 10,000 square feet of event space. The resort also boasts a stretch of private beach, making it the only resort in New England that can host events and wedding ceremonies on the water’s edge.
