Tennis

The Ocean House’s membership at Pond View Racquet and Croquet Club, located just minutes from the resort, allows guests to enjoy four har-tru outdoor courts, and 3 hard indoor courts. Guests are able to enjoy year-round access to tennis facilities, and the opportunity to take advantage of private instruction during their stay.

Pond View Racquet and Croquet Club is a family-owned and operated business for over twenty years. During the summer, Warren Brooks is the head teaching professional, while Kate Rugen and Phil Shanley serve as the head teaching pros during the winter. All teaching professionals bring an excellent attitude and strong experience to the court. 

Private Lessons and Clinics

Pond View offers one-on-one, half hour or hour long private lessons for adults and juniors. Group clinics are also offered, for groups of three or four players (adult or junior) with a teaching pro for half hour or hour long sessions. 

Outdoor Pro Shop

Pond View's Pro Shop carries a full line of Wilson and Prince racquets. Demo racquets are also available for rent, with rental fees applied to sale price. Custom racquet stringing and new grips can be delivered within 24 hours. Ball hoppers can be rented from the Pro Shop. 

Attire

Proper tennis attire is required- no running or black-soled shoes permitted.
