Farm + Vine
To complement our farm-to-table cuisine of the Atlantic Northeast, the Ocean House offers Farm + Vine, our year-round culinary education program.
Led by our Food Forager, each day, guests are able to enjoy complimentary cooking classes and trips to local farms, fishing docks, and the Chef’s on-site herb garden.Other complimentary activities include wine tastings led by our sommelier, cooking demonstrations in the exhibition kitchen by our Chefs and monthly dinners that will entice your palate.We also will offer several special Farm + Vine weekends throughout the year, focusing on specific culinary interests including wine-making, and the art of making your own cheese.

Dinners
Farm + Vine Dinner
To celebrate the New England bounty and the exceptional talent of our region's culinary masters, the Ocean House hosts the Farm + Vine Dinners. Once a month, we invite a local Chef to prepare a special dinner in Seasons featuring the ingredients from a local farm or purveyor.The guest Chef presents a selection of hors d'oeuvres and a three-course menu, all which are paired with wines chosen by a guest sommelier. In the Kitchen
Each month, an Ocean House Chef invites guests to Seasons' Chef Counter for a cooking demonstration of a three course dinner inspired by the season. Grill at the beach at Dune Cottage with our Food Forager.

Learn how to flambé, cooking recipes in which the use of alcohol creates a flame, and enjoy Banana's Fosters and Crepes Suzettes.
