Dining options abound at the Ocean House, with a variety of settings and menus to match every taste and mood. Here you'll find everything from sophisticated fine dining, to simple beach fare featuring native Rhode Island seafood and classic cocktails. Guests are also welcomed to a unique selection of  culinary activities specially designed to allow them to actively participate in the farm-to-table process, or relax and enjoy the stunning ocean views and incredible dining opportunities that only a beachfront resort can offer.

Culinary Offerings

Farm + Vine

Learn what is at the heart of the Ocean House's unique, farm-to-table cuisine with weekly classes led by the resort's Food Forager, chefs and Food and Beverage experts. The one-hour classes are complimentary and are held in the open exhibition kitchen located in Seasons or at our community farm. Our Farm + Vine activities include cooking demonstrations using local ingredients, wine tastings, and visits to local farms, wineries and fishing docks to select the ingredients for that evening's meal.

Our Farm + Vine program also features special dinners in Seasons each month.The monthly Farm + Vine Dinners invite noted chefs to create a special dinner using local ingredinets, paired with wines selected by a guest sommelier. The In the Kitchen Dinners feature a cooking demonstration by one of the Ocean House Chefs and a three-course dinner paired with wines.

Residential Suite Dining

Our residential suites feature full kitchens and dining areas. Upon your request, a chef from the Ocean House culinary team will create a special meal for you and your guests in your suite, or will prepare the dishes in advance for you to finish at your convenience. 

Friday Night Clambakes

Every Friday in season, we extend a personal invitation to our guests to join us for a traditional New England Clambake. Relax on our private beach and watch the sunset while you enjoy the sight of a traditional clambake fare being prepared, and listen to a live band, which changes each week. In Room Dining

Light and spacious, comfortable and elegant, our guestrooms are unlike any other. For guests who like to lounge in the privacy and luxury of their own  hotel room, room service is available 24 hours a day from a special menu. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in bed or a romantic dinner for two served on your own private terrace.
