Each of the Ocean House's 49 splendid guestrooms and suites is inspired by the hotel's magnificent oceanfront setting, high atop a bluff overlooking the beach in coastal Rhode Island. Standard Queen

Elegant and Spacious, located on the ground floor, at 450 square feet this room offers all of the Ocean House's luxury amenities.

Deluxe Water Views

Located on the upper floors each of the rooms measure 500 square feet and have partial water views of the ocean or bay, a sitting area, and all luxury amenities.

Terrace Water Views

Measuring 500 square feet including sitting area, these rooms have private terraces with partial ocean or bay view, and access to all luxury amenities.

Deluxe Studio

At 650 square feet, this studio includes a private sitting area, a fireplace, partial water views, and access to all luxury amenities.

Grand Deluxe

At 650 square feet, all of these rooms include a sitting area with a terrace and fireplace, and access to all luxury amenities.

Standard Suite

The 650 square foot suite also includes a living room, fireplace, and all luxury amenities.

Ocean View Suite

The 850 square foot suite has stunning views of the Atlantic and also includes a living room, a fireplace, and all luxury amenities.

Residential Studio

The nearly 900 square foot residences offer a large, private garden with direct beach access, a spacious bedroom and living room, full kitchen, master bedroom with separate shower and tub, a powder room for guests, and all luxury amenities.

Residential One Bedroom Suite

With 180 degree ocean views and a terrace, these one bedroom suites feature a living room, full kitchen, fireplace, outdoor living terrace, and all luxury amenities.

Residential Two Bedroom Suite

These suites have nearly 500 square feet of outdoor dining and entertaining space overlooking the Atlantic. The 1,850-2,400 square foot residences have adjoining hotel rooms which expand the suites to a three bedroom in some units. The suites also include a fireplace, full kitchen, dining and living room and all luxury amenities.

Spa Suite

This unique suite offers direct access to the OH! Spa. Measuring over 1,000 square feet, with views of the Atlantic, a spacious living room with Patio and a fireplace, as well as all luxury amenities, it is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Atlantic Suite

The Atlantic Suite is 1,200 square feet, with unparalleled views of the Atlantic. It includes a living room, fireplace, dining area, wet bar, and two private patios as well as all luxury amenities.

Penthouse Suite

The most spacious suite measures 4,200 square feet and includes three king bedrooms, a full kitchen, a dining room, a library and den, and a living room with a fireplace. The 2,150 square feet of private terrace with views of the Atlantic Ocean and the bay include a Jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, and sunroom.

Tower Suite

This unique suite includes four floors of private space in the flag tower, high above the rest of the resort. The suite includes a master bedroom, a full kitchen, library, and space to entertain and relax. It also includes a spacious private terrace as well as luxury amenities.
