Fondue Village: A Transporting Culinary Experience, for Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Crêpes and Dinner
This year we’re thrilled to introduce a cozy breakfast and afternoon crêpe seatings, in addition to our aprés ski lunch and dinner menu, offered through May 2, 2021.
Now in its 3rd year, Fondue Village opened to coverage from Food & Wine, Departures and Forbes magazines—plus millions of impressions on social media. This luxuriously cozy private dining venue offers a delightful breakfast and afternoon crêpe service, plus a satisfying four-course lunch and dinner menu of Alpine delicacies served alongside vintage selections of Veuve Clicquot champagnes.
Each vintage ski gondola has been impressively restored, outfitted with warm woods, fine Alpine textiles, chandeliers and imported Swiss and Austrian glassware and china. A private server makes time in one of the gondolas an unforgettable experience for a romantic dinner for two or a warm gathering of friends.
The Experience
Guests will arrive on the Ocean House’s North Lawn then enter one of our fully restored Vermont Ski Gondolas (either for up to four, or up to six guests) for a private dining experience with a personal server.
Breakfast & Afternoon Crêpes: December 4, 2020 to May 2, 2021
• Breakfast: Wednesday through Sunday: 8 a.m. and 10 a.m (breakfast reservations must be made by 6:00 p.m. the day prior)
• Afternoon Crêpes: Wednesday through Sunday: 3:30 p.m.
Price:
- Breakfast: $260 for up to four (4) people and $390 for up to six (6) people (plus 20% gratuity and tax)
- Afternoon Crêpes: $180 for up to four (4) people and $270 for up to six (6) people (plus 20% gratuity and tax)
Each seating allows the choice of one gondola with a limit of four (4) guests or from two gondolas that can accommodate up to six (6) guests.

Aprés Ski Lunch & Dinner Menu: November 27, 2020 to May 2, 2021
• LUNCH: Wednesday through Sunday: 12 p.m.
• DINNER: Wednesday through Saturday: 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Price:
- $400 for up to four (4) people (plus 20% gratuity and tax)
- $600 for up to six (6) people (plus 20% gratuity and tax)
- $560, paired with Veuve Clicquot Champagne for up to four (4) people (plus 20% gratuity and tax)
- $840, paired with Veuve Clicquot Champagne for up to six (6) people (plus 20% gratuity and tax)
Each seating allows the choice of one gondola with a limit of four (4) guests or from two gondolas that can accommodate up to six (6) guests.
