After a day of fishing on a private charter, aboard the Bonita II out of Watch Hill, join us for an unforgettable interactive dining experience. Guests will be fully immersed in the experience of preparing their own freshly caught fish dinner with a private Ocean House Chef in the Center for Wine & Culinary Arts. Along the way, learn classic kitchen techniques including knife skills, pairing flavor profiles, and building a balanced meal, including appetizer, entrée, and dessert.
The Experience:
At the Counter:
With as much or as little hands on participation as guests wish, your private chef will filet and prepare the fish, delivered fresh from the dock. The fish will be portioned for your entrées, while a welcoming starter of ceviche or crudo is prepared for the party.
At the Table:
Enjoy an impressive shellfish tower to share, followed by an individually plated salad course, the main fish course, and a seasonal dessert.

- $800 for up to 4 guests (plus tax & service charge)
- $175 per additional guest (plus tax & service charge)
- Beverages are available a la carte
- Pricing does not include the price of the Bonita II fishing charter
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received 48-hours prior to reservation to avoid a cancellation fee of $600. If the fishing trip is cancelled, the guest may cancel their experience without penalty. If the fishing trip is cancelled and the guest would like to still participate in the dining experience, the kitchen will determine if there is product available and then confirm or refund the guest.
The Bonita II is a second generation fishing boat offering full day, half day, and offshore charters. She is a 36’ Hatteras with a crew with over 65 years of experience. Each tour can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 guests from beginner to expert fishermen, and the team guarantees guests will catch blue fish or bass on every charter!
