A favorite area for visiting guests during the summer, The Verandah sweeps across the south facade of Ocean House. The outdoor terrace of this Rhode Island seafood restaurant overlooks the pristine croquet court, which offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and Little Narragansett Bay. Fresh shellfish from nearby waters — succulent oysters, clams and crab claws — are shucked to order at our traditional New England raw oyster bar. The menu also includes savory light items such as a daily ceviche and an assortment of delicious sandwiches. With oversized chairs and low tables, The Verandah beckons you to relax and enjoy a brisk cocktail paired with a heavenly bite as you watch the waves crash along the shoreline.

Reservations: Hotel guests may call Destination Services at any time at 855-678-0364 to add reservations to a future stay.

Guests visiting us for the day are welcome to reserve dining within fourteen (14) days of the time of reservation, based on availability. For non-hotel guests, there is a valet parking fee of $5 for the first two hours; $25/hour thereafter.
