Just steps from Ocean House, the Atlantic Ocean provides a dynamic and ever-changing backdrop for coastal adventure. Our Surf House offers exclusive access to private, guided ocean experiences tailored to each guest and the natural rhythm of the day. Led by a team of experienced instructors, each session is thoughtfully adapted to the rhythm of the day—ensuring a safe, engaging, and memorable coastal experience.

Private Ocean Session
A focused, one-hour session ideal for guests looking to learn or improve surfing or paddleboarding skills with dedicated instructor support.

Each session begins with a brief on-land introduction covering ocean awareness and technique, followed by guided time in the water.

● Surfing or stand-up paddleboarding
● 1:1 or 1:3 instructor ratio
● All equipment included (wetsuits available)

Family Wave Session
A fun, low-pressure introduction to the ocean designed especially for guests 12 and under. Using boogie boards and gentle wave zones, this session focuses on building confidence, timing, and enjoyment in the water.

With a shorter format and high-energy approach, guests spend less time waiting and more time riding waves.

Signature Ocean Experience

Our most elevated offering, designed for families and groups seeking a seamless and personalized ocean experience.

Enjoy a private session that may include a blend of surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, or boogie
boarding based on conditions and guest preference. With a relaxed pace and attentive guidance, this experience is tailored entirely to you.

● Up to 90 minutes
● Private session (up to 6 guests)
● 1:3 instructor ratio
● Two instructors included for groups of 4 or more
● All equipment included (wetsuits available)

Rentals

Available for 1 hour rentals from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. No reservation needed, rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Equipment
Rent quality Softop Surfboards, Paddle boards, Body Boards, or Tadem Boogie boards from the Surf House during your stay at the Ocean House Beach.

Availability

Saturdays & Sundays: Memorial Day Weekend through mid-June.
Daily: Mid-June through Labor Day

Hours

Rentals and lessons are available from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received 48 hours in advance. The instructors reserve the right to cancel any activity due to weather and/or ocean conditions.
